Assessment of Borrowers
Borrower Assessment

All Borrowers must provide:
  • 100 points of identification, as required by law;
  • A signed asset and liability statement;
  • Proof of ownership of the security property;
  • All relevant background information.
  • A recent valuation by a registered valuer based on use for Mortgage Purposes
The Lawyer arranges for searches through registered organisations to confirm the information provided, including a bankruptcy search.

Lending Criteria


  • Loans offered are between $200,000 and $1,000,000
  • Terms offered are between 3 months and 24 months
  • Lending ratio is 70% of valuation or less dependent upon risk
  • Security is by registered First Mortgage only
  • Supplementary security is taken where required and dependent upon risk
