With over 40 years of Finance experience and 30 years of Real Estate experience, our organisation is well placed to provide a safe investment environment for your money.
Currently managing over $8m in funds for private individuals we are adequately prepared to provide a confidential and safe environment for your funds using best business practices.
Our role is to act as a Credit Assessor of private loans, where we procure loan requests and borrowers through our diverse Broker network. Once received, we compile a comprehensive application form and collect all relevant data. The application is then assessed on the risk of the proposal where we “risk assess” the property, and “credit assess” the borrowers. Following satisfactory results, we issue a Loan Offer to our investors for their consideration and acceptance.
Once a Lender has been identified we issue a Letter of Offer through the Broker to the borrower for their acceptance. After receiving their signed Letter of Offer we provide all loan details to a Solicitor who prepares mortgage documents for the borrowers and arranges a settlement. Lenders are then instructed to lodge funds into the Solicitors trust account for disbursement at settlement.
The loans are then monitored by us for the term of the loan with all interest payments made directly to your account. You will inform us of the day and amount of each repayment.
We only do loans for business or investment purposes, not for private use.
The loans we provide are varied. Sometimes borrowers do not fit the rigorous Bank lending criteria and come to us as an alternative. Sometimes their credit history affects their suitability as a Bank borrower, we sometimes help them clean up their credit history so they can refinance back through a mainstream lender at a later date.
